I know, I know . . . I haven't updated this site in . . . gee, over a year and a half. But heck, I'm being good now, aren't I? Well, all I can say is that little "bulge" in middle of my stomach in the picture to the left has gotten a little bit bigger. But remember, it's all muscle, 100% muscle! So it can't be all THAT bad, can it?

Here I am on my trusty pair of beaten up Rollerblades. Should have seen me do a overhead flip and 360 flying turn. The photographer was a bit slow to catch those acts! Yeah, right! By the way, that bulge where my stomach is, is not fat. Really, it isn't! It's just my t-shirts just have this way of sticking out a bit at that particular place. Really. Don't buy that? Okay, I admit it, it's all MUSCLE, 100% muscle. So much muscle, it bulges out!

Aside from being a weekend Rollerblade Warrior, I enjoy running and biking, basically doing anything outdoors. We can learn a lot from Nature so I try to get out and commune with Her as much as possible.
